The Yankees selected Maciejewski's contract from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre on Sunday.
The left-hander was up in the big leagues for a few days in April but was quickly removed from the 40-man roster after one scoreless appearance. Maciejewski has a 4.28 ERA, 1.33 WHIP and 27:9 K:BB across 27.1 innings at Triple-A this year and will now receive another look with the Yankees.

Maciejewski was designated for assignment by the Yankees over the weekend but will stick in the organization after he passed through waivers unclaimed. The left-hander delivered a scoreless frame after being promoted for his MLB debut April 8.

The Yankees designated Maciejewski for assignment Saturday, YES Network reports.
Less than a week after being selected from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Maciejewski will head back to the minors and lose his roster spot after making just one appearance with the Yankees. The 28-year-old southpaw has not allowed a run and has struck out five batters through 4.2 Triple-A innings.
