The Miami Dolphins enter their Week 13 matchup with the Baltimore Ravens as one of the hottest teams in the NFL. The Dolphins have won six straight games now, beating the Steelers, Bills, Jets, Chargers, Rams, and 49ers on the strength of a power running game led by Jay Ajayi, along with an improved defense.

The streak has propelled the Dolphins past the Denver Broncos and into wild-card position by virtue of holding the tiebreaker.

If they want to hang onto that spot, the Dolphins will have to deal with one of the NFL's best defenses. Only the Arizona Cardinals are allowing fewer yards per game than the Ravens, and only three teams are allowing fewer points. The Ravens are one of just three teams (Seahawks, Giants) that rank in the top 10 in Football Outsiders' defensive DVOA against both the run and the pass, and they have the league's top overall unit against the run, making this a very interesting matchup with Miami.

Baltimore, of course, also currently has hold of a playoff spot by virtue of a tiebreaker, as the Ravens have the same record as the Pittsburgh Steelers but control first place in the AFC North because they beat the Steelers a few weeks ago. The Ravens have road dates against both Pittsburgh and New England left on the schedule, so it's important for them to get wins at home like this one.

Can the Ravens keep control in the division? Will the Dolphins keep pace in the wild card race? We'll find out Sunday. Here's how you can watch it all go down.

Prisco's Pick

This is big game in terms of playoff importance. The Dolphins have ripped off six straight victories and they are playing well. Baltimore's defense will be a big challenge for the Miami offense. But I think the way Ryan Tannehill is playing, the Dolphins can pull off the upset.

Pick: Dolphins 21, Ravens 20
